Need the code about load 3ds models into OpenGL's viewport
I know how to load "Milkshape3D" models, but I can't do this one, and I think 3Dmax is better than that
Just the core codes

I would take a look at[^]

Finding one that supports the required 3ds features is usually a challenge - but it'll give you a way to select what engines you want to evaluate.
