What do you mean by "open"? The non-client area is the fixed portion of the window.

How to disassemble the window in windows

There is no "open". For non-client functionality see all windows events and pay attention to those starting with "NC", such as WM_NCPAINT or WM_NCCREATE (most likely you will need these two and perhaps some more). Everything else depends on the platform, language and library you use as well as your fantasy.

Thank you.
Everyone should understand it's based on insufficient information in the Question, so what else to recommend..? :-)

Do you mean a borderless window?

If so you will have to say which language you are using.
