Instance not found error in sql server

I am getting an error in sql server at the time of starting of sql 2008. I had restore my pc after that an instance not found error occurs to me but i am not getting the exact reason

Solution 1

Try reinstalling SQL 2008. Your restore may not have captured all the required settings and rather than fuss around trying to figure out why, a simple reinstall of the instance may be the easiest option.
