I wonder if there any way for Microsoft word access like Microsoft Outlook web access.

Can anyone suggest a solution for Word Web access?

You're going to have to rewrite your question. As it stands now, it doesn't make any sense at all. You want Word to do what exactly? Don't describe it in terms of another application.

Short answer, No.
Microsoft Outlook Web Access is just a web site that accesses a back-end Exchange Server, Microsoft Word does not work like that, so if all you want is to create Word document online look at Microsoft Web Apps[^] which is used through the Microsoft Live site or Google Docs[^] both of which are free to use.
