It changes because each is written by a separate company, and they interpret the HTML specification slightly differently. In particular, they can behave very differently if you deviate from the spec in any way: something that one will not complain about can cause major hassles with another.

Fix any reported problems first, and then try, try, try!

Warning 34 Unable to update auto-refresh reference 'ajaxcontroltoolkit.dll'. Cannot find assembly 'C:\users\Desktop\Final Project\AjaxControlToolkit.Binary.NET35\AjaxControlToolkit.dll'. C:\users\Desktop\Final Project\Site\Bin\ajaxcontroltoolkit.dll.refresh C:\...\Site\

what about this error ????

Was that on an error page returned when you tried to view your site or did it display in a message box in the browser? I would expect that to be an error page and so I assume this isn't actually a browser problem. It means it 'Cannot find assembly...' ie. it cannot find the Dll file. Make sure all the files on your server that you need exist/are up-to-date, specifically the file in the error.

Can you post your HTML code please? It would help a lot. Have you tried putting Id tags on your FileUploadControl test box and button (or the thing as a whole) and then applying CSS to it? It seems like the default styling between browsers must be varying so dramatically with this that your control renders oddly.
