how to install silverlight for vs 2008

Hi,
Please help me regarding installation of silverlight.
I want to know what requires to install silverlight like vs 2008 SP1, silverlight tool.
If any other thing please let me know....plz provides link also to download.

Can i install silverlight offline also...?.

Solution 1

Note you can only install Silverlight 3 with VS2008 (Silverlight 4 needs 2010).
