Flash mp3 player for asp.net

I would like to get some advise about flash mp3 players for asp.net. How can I go about building one or buying one . I would need it to do the following.
1.load a play list dynamically from an xml file.
2.have playback controls
3.not allow anyone to download the song playing using things like real player
4.show a picture of the album being played
5.be able to skin the player
6.play single or multiple mp3

Is there a company that provides these tools for asp.net. The next controls I would need is one for streaming and another for playing video. I would like to know if there is a way to build the items I need and if so where to start.

If you are looking for a flash player, you are in the wrong section. Could you be a little more specific on your requirements, as in what section is to be written in what language. Maybe then someone could help you out.
