Google is your best bet: without knowing what kind of free hosting, it is not possible to give a single answer.

Do you need MSSql? MySql? No database? .NET? PHP? Just HTML? How much storage?

Do a Google for "Free domain webhost" and see what you get - there are a lot of comparison sites out there which should help you.

Make up your mind! Is your site going to be ASP or HTML? The former needs a bit more provided than the later, so you need to look for hosts that provide ASP.
If it is a personal site, rather than anything commercial, then start with your ISP: most give you a small amount of HTML space for free.
If that isn't sufficient, then look for a host with the features you need, with technical support in your country or at least native language!
Sorry, but there is just no substitute for doing the research yourself!
