Dont view controls on Asp.net page before running page

hi In my web application i dont see any control on any page and master page in design
view but when these web site get executed at run time all pages displays perfectly.I think in this application master page and its theme assign dynamically but i dont have more idea about it so please give me idea how it is manage.Before execution of application i see pink color boxes on .aspx page in design view.
