Red X issue in Infragistics control

Hi all,
I have a grid in my form which is made of infragistics control. When I convert the Infragistics to a higher version, say 2010 v2 version. I got a big Red X in the form. Please provide some suggestions to resolve the issue.

If you did not got how to do it from Infragistics help documents, I would suggest you to have a look here:

Posting here is fine. Might be someone can help but I had found that specific questions related to 3rd party is answered more quickly and accurately at respective forums.
