How can i send a image from server (is a PC) to client (is a application smart device)? I tried but only works PC to PC

well i tried to connect a pc as server and the pda as client...
so i want to send an image from de server to client and it doesn't work
when i send data occurs an error
'FromStream' is not a member of 'System.Drawing.Image'.
and i can't receive anything
