Can we add a small .jpg file to another as a water mark using vc++. i want to add some tag (as my company name or logo )to my .jpg file using vc++. if we are able to add some text to a jpg file as water mark or tag it is really beneficial to me.

Depending on the way you need to do it... you can use BitBlt[^]...
