Change Subgrid default icon in jqGrid

Hi all,,

I am working on a jqGrid with subgrid concept.......

If we take subgrid then the default subgrid icon is plus sign.....

but i want to change it to an triangle or an arrow but i am nt getting hw to change an default icon of subgrid in jqGrid....

If somebody knws this then plz help me or provide a link from where i can take referance

plz any help will be appriciable
