regarding converting vs2008 project to 2010 project

Hi I have designed one window application in vs2008 and try to convert execute in vs2010.
but when I went to open project and went through conversion process of converting it from VS 2008 to VS2010 and received error and am wondering if this is a problem.

You have not mentioned what error you are getting while converting VS 2008 to VS 2010. so here I am going o give you some reference, have a go there-[Visual Studio Project Conversion Errors and Warnings][^] and have a look at this link-MSDN-[Convert project files to Visual Studio 2010][^] and read the expert comment what they are saying about Project Conversion.
