Play a sound in a specific device

I am beginner in C++ and I am trying to develop an audio application using Visual studio 2008.
I want to play many sounds in many devices at the same time. Each sound must be played in a specific device?
Any help?

hello means that i have many sound cards and each sound must be played in a specefic sound card
