This is easy.
Just execute both queries within the same transaction.

BEGIN TRANSACTION

INSERT INTO Table1(Column1....) VALUES (Value1...)
INSERT INTO Table2(Column1....) VALUES (Value1...)

COMMIT TRANSACTION
