visual webdeveloper 2010 express installation problem

helloo all

i have a computer with Windows 7 Home Premium(OS)64 bit..
i have visual c# express already in my computer.

i would like to have visual webdeveloper 2010 express but
i was having a problem with installing.

i could only install Microsoft WebMatrix and visual studio 2010 SPI
can any one suggest me how can i install Application Request Routing 2.5 and Umbraco CMS, IIS7 Recommanded Configuration
