Xml in Stored procedure

I have problem with my stored-procedure.

I've passed two xml format to my stored-procedure and I want to fetch item1,item2 from xml1 and itemA from xml2 in fact xml1 for insert to table1 and xml2 for Update table2 that has indirectly relation with table1.

I don't know how I can write it?.

My program is windows application Using C#

please help me
