Create setup project for windows applictaion using VS 2005

I want create Setup project for windows application in VS 2005 (c#) with prerequisite SQl Server 2005 express along with this condition :-
a) With SSME (i.e user interface)
b) Multiuser and mix mode with password like "Abc"
c) Database should be restored with attached Backup File

Silent mode with no reboot
