I'm just wondering if there's anyone who could give a list of sites that offers programming contests?

If poss. C++ and C#.net PLs are used.

I'm with Christian on this - if you aren't computer literate enough to use a search engine, then the chances of you winning anything are not good enough for it to be worth your while.
