If you don't know how to even start, then it's sure a mustard that there's really not much chance of you writing a secure login form. Therefore, you should spend some time learning about programming before you attempt such a thing. Remember, a login form is code people TRY to break, if you can't write good, secure, robust code, then this is the wrong place for you to start trying.

Login forms are obvious and trivial. They ask you for your login details, check if they are correct, and then remember you are logged in. As you tagged your question .NET 3.5 ( which is utterly useless ), no-one can tell if you're doing web apps, if you're using C#, or VB.NET, in short, even if someone wanted to do this trivial task for you on the basis that you can't be bothered trying, you've made it impossible for them to do so.
