Do you mean design templates? CSS?

Start here[^].

They are just designs that you apply to the Master Page that you create: it is pretty simple - if not, then do some more research here and on Google.

You have to create it for yourself and then apply whatever design you want. I don't know of any source that will just give you master pages with designs embedded that will just happen to suit your specific need. Try doing some work for yourself.
