Custom Installation Wizard

Hi,
I am trying to create a WEB SETUP PROJECT in VS 2008 for my Asp.Net Website
and I had some problems. I want to create a Custom Installation Wizard Where the following actions Should be included.

1. Specify a different location for Virtual Directories
2. Check if the Pre-requisites are installed or not
3. Restore Database backup to new or existing DB with Windows as well as Sql Authentication mode

So, my question is, how do I do this? I really don't know how .
