RSA cryptography key pars difference in java and in c#

i have created an application in java by which we can perform encrypt and decrypt(RSA algo) any file. for tat i have stored public and private key pares locally in my machine. now i have the same application in c# but i'm not able to use those key pars which i created for java. how can i use common keys for both languages .
