Solution 1

How are you getting the data into the PrintDocument? You just need to use the same data to create or add to existing Excel or Word documents using Microsoft Interop Assemblies in the usual way.

Absolutely. This is the whole point. PrintDocument is not a source of data. The approach here should be centered around original source of data, not any of its presentations. Hope OP will understand it. My 5.
