i developed one website, in that i sent mails when event fired but i need to send mails every day night 12.00 am automatically. can please help me anybody

You need to allow the server that hosts the website or the database to do this - a web page would not be reliable for such a task.

Solution 2

If properly designed, a website should have no code that runs without a request from the client being the trigger, so I would suggest that you don't want to do this from a website. What you need to do is create a simple application which can either be run as a windows service, or as a standalone application triggered by the Windows Task Scheduler.

Such Windows Service already exists, called Task Scheduler, but generally correct ideas, my 5.
