insert PictureBox & Labal In DeskTop

Hi;
Suppose a form containing controls PictureBox - Label to display images and text have a fixed or movable. Windows Desktop in the back of this form will be put back so the Desktop icons to be no damage and is not causing problems for the Desktop. In other words, this form must be in place where there are photos of the windows and icons to be used as the main form visible and the words, controls the desktop icons are back on form.

I'm sure English is not your native language, but it is the default language for this site.
In English, your question makes no sense at all.
