This is not a HTML question. Please tag your questions properly. I think you mean SMTP. Writing an ASP.NET page that sends mail through your SMTP server is easy enough, although if you do that, writing code to take over your site to send spam is also easy. If that's not what you want to do, then you need to clarify. If it is, then you need to google 'send email C#' or 'send email VB.NET', the rest is basic UI, and sending mail has nothing to do with ASP.NET.
