Transparent background/image on other image and other image must accessible

Hi All,

I have one functionality for which i need your help.

I have one image on which i want to put transparent background css/image.
after putting that either background/image we must be access the other image on which we had put background/image. i mean we must be able to access the background portion of which we have put transparent background/image.

Hope it's clear. If you have any doubts let me know.

I will appreciate your quick response/help.
