Hi,
I need a webservice for reading minimum and maximum temperatures for the entered city or location anywhere in the world. These temperatures are required for calculation in my project Can any one help me?

Even if someone here had that kind of code, they wouldn't just give it to you.

I know (my 5). OP is asking about temperature "reading". I'm fear to say to the bottleneck would be the number of hardware units and the problems of installing them world-wide -- please see my solution :-).

Apparently, you will need to install or use appropriate number of thermometers installed in different parts of the city. As it is unlikely that you can afford installation of a special network connecting all thermometers to your service host, you should better use Internet to access each individual thermometer, which should deliver temperature reading through a separate host connected to the internet. It could be pretty compact device.

Everything else depends on the hardware you have, type of field bus, type of thermometer controller and other detail. You can get further advice as soon as you describe the hardware you have as well as manufacturer-supplied drivers.

How many thermometers do you want to install world-wide?
