problem about validation controls

I develop the form which have two panels.inthese panels

Panel1 have
3 Textboes
1 button
also Required Field Validator
this button enter data in Student Table

Panel2
4 TextBoxes
1 button
also Required Field Validator
this button enter data in StudentCertificates Table

Problem is that When i click on button1 that is inPanel1 validators of Panels also active
i want that validators of panel2 active when i click on button that is panel2
