CTI Integration With ERP

Hi,

We are trying integrate CTI into our ERP product. Currently our client is using Simens HiPath. Our development expertise is using MS languages such as C#, .Net etc.

We need to fetch data from SQL server DB based on phone number and show on customer care exec's machine.

Please note that the integrator should be generic that means compatible with all type of machines.

Does anyone has idea on how to integrate CTI with ERP?Please let me know.
