displaying wrong date and time in website

Hi,
in my website the date and time displayed wrongly, when i run in local machine it shows correct local system time but after uploading the website into the server it displays the server(my website server located in USA)time but i want to show it as local IST(Indian standard time) , how can i solve this problem. will anybody help me
