Is it possible for a SharePoint survey sub-question to automatically update?

Hi!

I am tasked to do a SharePoint survey wherein I will have to get the sub-questions of the survey in a SharePoint List. What they want to happen is to automatically update the sub-question whenever a new item in the List is added. Is this possible? If yes, can you please help me do so.. If not, do you have any suggestions or alternatives to that?
