How to reply the bond requests from phones to my desktop bluetooth application in C#

Hi everyone!

I was about to develop bluetooth desktop application by C# using 32feet.
But when a bluetooth phone wants to bond with my application, my application can't reply the bond request. Rather, my pc's built-in bluetooth application does it. I tried to stop the the built-in application service but it doesn't work.

Shortly:

I want my application to respond to bond requests automatically with out the interference of the built-in one.

Can anyone help me?
