how to insert two labels inside a cell in DataGridview

I have one DataGridview. It contains one DataGridview Image column. My requirement is
Insert two labels inside the cell One label is up and another is down

I.e
Label 1
Image
Label 2

Is there any way please help me.

In addition : If you want to arrange control in some fix layout... you can use tablelayoutpanel or flowlayoutpanel.. its little bit tedious to do something like that... but that is for your fixed requirement.
