Problem with CheckBox and Button in GridView

I want to select a checkbox or button in a column of a Grid view Using Columns Property.

At a run time i can not see any of the items appearing in my Grid view.

Can any one tell me what is the solution of this problem.

How do I build a view like this that works at run time.
