Hello shadiabusamra,

You're going to need to ask much more specific questions to get help here.

For example:
1) How can represent a musical note in memory?
2) How can I draw the note to the screen?
3) How do I handle drag and drop?
4) Can I allow the user to sing notes and transcribe them?
5) etc...

We don't know if you're going for web or windows development. This is also important.

Your question is perhaps too broad for this forum; please repost with a single concept or specific challenge you're facing.

How? By doing hard work; there is no other way. Such software systems already exist, all I know have some disadvantages, so you can have a wide field where you can use your creativity and understanding of music.

Unfortunately, going into further detail would go far away from the format of the Code Project Quick Questions & Answers. You would need to architect, design and implement quite a solid code base and solve a lot of tricky problems. If you decide to get to this work, face some problem which you are able to formulate correctly and clearly, experts would be happy to help you. If you do great and useful work you deserve all kind of help.
