Server Returned 503 on PictureBox rendring an image from the url

I am making an intranet Allpication , where i ahave to show an image in a picturebox, but i am facing an issue,

the image is comming from a url, eg: http://intranet/2232/alpha.jpg

if i point it to a WebBrowser Control it displayes the image , but if i point it to a picturebox or try it to download it gives me a 503 ..

I am not sure what the problem can be.
