count characters in HTML Editor in asp.net

Hi I want to set limit 200 chars with HTML Editor. I am trying to do this but not correct.
if any body know plz help me to do this.
whene ever any user type in HTML editor then count characters should be displya in label and if he remove characters also should be display in label.
than at last if 200 characters is typed in HTML editor then editor should be not write able.
