Not able to run Workflows

Hi to all,

I am currently working on SharePoint 2010 Designer workflows.I had written workflows for another system by accessing the link .

After finishing the workflow i published it ,When any new item is added to the list automatically workflow should get started and it is should show progress such as(started,In Progress,Completed),But my workflows written to lists are not working nor showing any progress of workflow.Can any one tell me what is the problem.
