How to install libpng in Windows XP

Can anyone help me in compiling and installing the libpng?? :(

i have searched all across the internet, but get solutions on how to install it in a Linux machine.

I need to build the DCMTK along with the Libpng libraries..

I am using Visual Studio 8..

Any help will be greatly appreciated... :(
