Adding html to OfficeWebUI .cs file.

Iam using office web UI in my MVC 3 application,the problem I am is I want to add the vertical menu bar with child nodes ,the javascript,css,is written but iam unable to use the div,ul,li in the .cs file..how to add the html code to .cs file...officewebui->workspace->Items->Items.cs is the .cs file path in the officeweb UI.
Please Guide me... Thanks.
