View Word / Excel in Webpage

Hi,

I'm working on an asp.net web application in c#.
I need to create a application in which I want to open a word doc in my aspx page. This task is accomplish by this Interop.Word.dll but this dll only show contains but not its formatting.

I need a application in which word file open with its formatting.

Why is it necessary to place the document IN a page? Why not just serve the document as a file?

I am fairly sure you don't actually want this. It would be a bad user experience, unless your site is a document viewing/editing one (in which case it should be PDF or inline and done with JS, respectively).
