Hi I want upload one file ( 6G ) in sharepoint 2010. but dont allow sharepoint.
please help me.

Upload them from where, an app/a web page a sharepoint app? Have you searched 'Upload Large Files To Sharepoint' in Google, there are lots of references telling you which settings need to be changed.

in sharepoint 2010 you limite for upload 2 GB.
