How to do mail concept in asp.net 3.5

Hi everybody,

I want to know how to do enquiry form. I tried this. But its giving output- receiver mail id and sender mail id is same. But i want to separate that. If i send any enquiry it should display my mail id in sender id. If anybody know plz help me. ~~Its urgent.~~
