I ask because there isn't very much of a question there, and it isn't that clear how you are defining your terms.

Griff, don't even bother. OP has been told many times to ask meaningful questions and especially to use a descriptive subjecct-line, but he still carries on with his nonsense. His other account aliomar02 has been reported into nothing for trolling already.

Yes. Now perhaps you could get hold of a book, or even use Google, to go and study the basics of digital computers.
