unable to create active directory Domain services

When i create ADDS using DCPROMO i got this error Failed to install Active Directory Domain Services binaries. the error was: Fatal error during the installation. My server machine (windows server 2008 R2)is fresh machine and it is in WORKGROUP. please any help me to resolve this problem.

I hope any one help me soon. Thanks for all
