tracing packet for wcf

I have wpf/wcf chat application with file share ability on server , what i want is to trace packet and get some info like its size and see the data layer.

When i change binding method " encrypted and non-encrypted " in each method call.

In other words i need to see encrypted data in packet before sent / after receive and get how much time this operation took and network usage.
