Menu creation dynamically using database

Hi.

Can I create menu using value from database in asp.net using mysql database using C# language?

For example, I want to create a horizontal menu where category will show all category and on mouse over event for each category appropriate sub category will be shown in menu.
And all values of category and its sub category should come from the database.

Please, please someone help.

If any have code for such menu please send me on.
